A Thank You Note To Reviewers

To say that my heart is full and that I've experienced both tears and smiles (and few squeees of joy) while reading the words you have so generously poured out over Willa's story just won't cover it. I'm overwhelmed by the reception Burning Sky has received. I wish I could spend time thanking (in my usually long-winded and overwritten way) each one of you, but I'll have to settle for thanking you all here and now, simply but with all my heart, because there is a character called Tamsen Littlejohn standing at the corner of my vision tapping her foot, impatient for me to get back to editing her story. And a publisher waiting too? So... thank you!

  1. This is sweet and thoughtful, Lori. Thank you for acknowledging us reviewers, as we work hard and nonstop at what we do. No one has a clue really but we do it b/c we love it, we do it for you the author, we do it for the benefit of potential readers, but most of all we do it for God.

Now back to Tamsen! We can't wait to meet her! :)

    1. I hear you about working nonstop. I have one day off in August, and I've already taken it! :)

  2. Lori thank you so much for this precious post. It was a delight for me to help promote Burning Sky.I will certainly be singing its praises for a long time to come. I can't wait to meet Miss Tamsen Littlejohn, better let you get back to her! She sounds like a handful! lol

    1. Thank you, Teresa. She is, quite!

  3. Wow,that's a bunch, Lori. You've been busy.

I'm trying to keep up and I'm watching out for mentions of your book, which is a spectacular read in my opinion and obviously in the opinion of many others.

    You go girl!

    1. Bonnie, it was a busy week! Thanks for your encouragement going back a long, long time. :)

  4. More than happy for you to spend your time with Tamsen! Can't wait :-)

  5. Hello Lori, I just wanted you to know that I've written a review of Burning Sky. After reading it, I was compelled to write one to share to the world. Can't wait for your next novel. More power!

    1. Thank you! I left you a note. :)
